ON BOARD SOLUTIONS
3X Technology have signed two contracts for processing lines onboard fishing vessels. One contract was signed with Icelandic fishing company and the processing line will be installed into a line boat owned by the company. The second contract is signed with foreign fishing company and the processing line will be installed in a trawler owned by the company.
Both of these systems are designed for the ultimate bleeding and chilling of raw material and to increase raw material quality. The main aim for both of the buyers is to increase quality of raw material into their own fish production factories. To make this possible processing lines from 3X Technology were the first choice.
Seafood processing Europe 2010
3X Technology will participate in the worlds largest seafood fair, Seafood Processing Europe in Brussel on the 27th to 29th of April 2010.
New solutions and information about the popular Thawing Solutions will be presented, as well as the newest product from the R&D division, bleeding and chilling tanks for on-board handling that ensures better raw material quality than fisherman and fish producers have seen before.
