Rotex Thawing
ROTEX thawing solutions provide a shorter defrosting time and water savings. The On Track interface, with its recipe system and high accuracy water temperature controls, contributes to optimising yield and final product quality. A single operator inserts the product into the ROTEX tank, through which it is gently handled and homogenously treated.
Rotex Aquaculture
The ROTEX aquaculture bleeding & chilling has been designed to guarantee all fish get the exact same bleeding & chilling (FIFO). The patented side injection circulates seawater and slurry ice and evacuates blood efficiently. The RoteX capacity is 30% superior to conventional tanks with a similar footprint.
Rotex On Board
Suitable for vessels from 11 metres long and 4 metres wide; the solution is adjusted and designed to suit each vessel and fishing method: Long liners; gillnetters; wet fish and freezer trawlers. Because quality starts at sea!

The company was established by three young men with backgrounds in the fish processing industry and in precision engineering.
