3X Technology wins a contract for Norwegian Salmon processor
3X Technology have signed a contract for new processing line for Norwegian salmon processing plant. The new system is designed to control bleeding and chilling of whole Salmon.
The new system also includes solution for handling of insulated plastic tubs in the processing hall.
The processor has stated its goal to increase plant efficiency, capacity and the product quality with this investment. 3X Technology was the preferred choice after careful examination of the solutions offered
Seafood processing Europe 2010
3X Technology will participate in the worlds largest seafood fair, Seafood Processing Europe in Brussel on the 27th to 29th of April 2010.
New solutions and information about the popular Thawing Solutions will be presented, as well as the newest product from the R&D division, bleeding and chilling tanks for on-board handling that ensures better raw material quality than fisherman and fish producers have seen before.
