Automated tub handling solutions from 3X are among the most developed systems on the market. These systems are designed for tipping, stacking and handling of tubs. They are based on several standard systems which can be customized to fit each operation.
All equipment is designed with gentle handling of the product in mind. The automatic in-feed makes sure that there is no build-up of material in the system. To ensure high quality the "first-in-first-out" (FIFO) is a fundamental element of the system.
By using the tub dispenser, the number of fork lift visits to the in-feeding system can be decreased by 75%. By adding an automatic connection to the tub washer the visits can be reduced even further. It is possible to stabilise and increase process flows by up to 12-15%. This provides better handling and usage of raw material. It can also extend the life of the plastic bins and tubs. The system comprises a fully computerised feeding system with an integral tub-washing machine, which is also available separately. Automatic feeding of raw material at the initial stage of processing is better for stabilisation than the traditional method of using forklifts.
