The in-feed conveyor forms a buffer in the system, allowing the operator to fit two or more stacks on it, ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted flow of tubs, a de-stacker then feeds the tubs into the tub-inverter, which ensures that tubs enter the washer in the inverted position. from the washer, the tubs are then turned and stacked again, into stack of 3-4 tubs, and delivered on a buffer conveyor.
