These tanks are based on the screw tanks that are capable of ensuring that all fish gets the exact same treatment. It is easy to ensure the same treatment whether the tanks are used to bleed or to chill fish.

The tanks come with side loading conveyor that is used to control the quantity of fish in each chamber of the machine. The count gives the number of fish in each chamber of the tank at any given time.

Patent pending injection system gives the possibility to control flow of refrigerant into each chamber of the machine according to the neccesity at any given time. These controls secure full usage of refrigerant and secure that the temperature of the fish leaving the tank is always the same.

The patent pending injection system can also be used to control the inflow of water/seawater during bleeding process.

This patent pending injection system can be preset to inject specific quantity of clean medium into the last chamber of the tank to secure clean medium before the fish leaves the tank in order to secure as clean fish as possible.

The tanks are available is many different sizes, up to around 100m3

The tanks are available with 2 out-feed possibilities,  out-feed conveyor or shovels on the screw to take out of the tank

The tanks are ready for connection to RSW system

Spraying nozzles on arm connected to side loading arm, the spraying nozzles are driven back and forth with the side loading arm in washing mode. Can be connected to soap/foam and then water.
