3X Technology has over the last few years been working on design and building of a processing system to make it possible for fish producers to produce mince from fish frames.

Production of mince from fish frames multiples the value of fish frames for fish producers.

Total solution from 3X Technology is combined of Framecutter, Washing drum, Mince press and Mince packing machine. Additionally there must be a mince machine capable of mincing fish frames.

Framecutter

The machine splits the fish frame into four pieces, three of them are moved to mince machine, the fourth one kidney blood is cut away and not used for mince processing
